COVID-19: Temporary Change to our Return Policy 

At Adrem Brands (makers of Lissa Health), we are committed to making our customers’ lives healthier and happier. We care deeply about the communities we serve and believe that by working together with suppliers, employees and customers, we can all assist in helping our communities as the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation continues to evolve.

Unfortunately, due to the coronavirus we have had to temporarily suspend our return policy for product purchases on lissahealth.com as we are unable to trace where our products go after they leave our warehouse. With this change, we hope our customers can feel safe knowing that all products they purchase from Adrem Brands are safe to consume.

Returns Policy

At Adrem Brands (makers of Lissa Health) we do our best to ensure that you are fully satisfied with the products you purchase. If you are dissatisfied with our products, we offer a thirty (30) day return policy for unopened Products from the date of purchase. Please send us an email at info@adrembrands.com stating the product purchased, date of purchase and the reason for the return. On receiving the request, a representative from Adrem Brands will contact you to discuss the return. Accordingly, a refund amount equal to what you paid for the unopened products will be processed within 15 business days. Please note, opened or used products cannot be returned to us and will not be refunded.
